Job Description / Responsibility
Take full responsibility from the time the order is received from quotation team until the order has been shipped.
Analyze the order upon receipt .
Follow up the order, use deadlines as a help to keep track of order status. Make sure TOD is on time.
Work actively with the samples together with technician .
Make sure you know the customer and concept you are responsible for.
Work actively with risk assessment on fabric and sample quality tests and communicate with suppliers.
Be proactive and take more initiatives &solve problems and share them with the rest of the group.
In order to be able to take full responsibility for the order follow up it is a must to have a close cooperation with the other teams, Quotation team & R&D, Technicians, QCs/GPQ, Lab & COC.
Create a good and open dialogue with your colleagues.
Initiate order follow up meetings with the rest of the team whenever necessary.
Keep senior merchandiser updated of general order situation.
Create a good dialogue with buyers & understand their priorities and act accordingly.

Educational Requirements
Minimum Graduate.
Textile or Fashion education from a reputed institute will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 4 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Merchandising, Production
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Buying House (Garments), Garments (Woven/Apparel/Knitting)
Additional Job Requirements
Good knowledge of suppliers concerning price, quality, capacity & lead-times.
Strong knowledge on Woven & Denim fabrics & washes for Woven Production Merchandiser position.
Basic fabrics/garments test knowledge.
Good in communication.
Team player, Proactive and Ambitious.
Problem solver & Creative.
Excellent knowledge in written & spoken English.
Excellent computer knowledge with MS Office program.
